Sex Pistols - Many Faces Of Sex Pistols
Sex Pistols is een punkrockband die zich in 1975, uit de as van The Strand, in Londen, Engeland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk heeft gevormd. Ze zijn, samen met The Clash, verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren van de punkbeweging in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en inspireren veel latere punk- en alternatieve rockmuzikanten. Hoewel hun initiële carrière slechts tweeënhalf jaar duurde en slechts vier singles en één studioalbum produceerde, Never Mind the Bollocks Here's the Sex Pistols, worden ze beschouwd als een van de meest invloedrijke acts in de geschiedenis van de populaire muziek.
Op 24 februari 2006 werden de bandleden ingewijd in de Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, maar zij weigerden de ceremonie bij te wonen en noemden het museum een ??'plasstekel'.
