Transatlantic - Whirlwind -lp+cd-
Transatlantic is een multinationale progressieve rock-supergroep bestaande uit Neal Morse (ex-Spock's Beard), Roine Stolt (The Flower Kings), Pete Trewavas (Marillion) en Mike Portnoy (ex-Dream Theater). Ze vormden in 1999 een nevenproject voor hun full-time bands, maar werden in 2002 ontbonden. Ze werden vervolgens herenigd in 2009.
Ondanks dat ze geen officieel lid waren en niet op de studio-albums verschenen, Daniel Gildenlöw (Pain of Salvation ) trad traditiegetrouw toe tot de band tijdens live shows. Vanwege ziekte kwam Ted Leonard hem echter tijdens de tour van 2014 tegemoet.
